Hull’s X Factor singing sensation, Ryan Mathie, will be getting the star treatment from Toni & Guy this Friday (4th October) at Prospect Shopping Centre.
From 1.30pm Ryan will be getting a brand new hair cut, just in time for the next stage of the competition, as well as helping to raise awareness of the Charlie Hook Appeal, a local charity raising money for Charlie who has a rare form of cancer. Ryan will also be giving lucky shoppers an intimate performance at the centre alongside Dominic Hook, Charlie’s uncle and a regular busker around the town.
Ryan will also be making an appearance at “The Hook Factor” competition on Saturday 5th October at Prospect Centre. The monthly competition sees local bands and performers battling it out for audience votes. The winner of each round will go through to the final on Saturday 30th November, to be in with a chance of winning a recording studio day at Africa Studios in Hull.
Tickets for the evening, which is for 12 year olds and over only, are priced at just £5 and are available from Toni & Guy or contact the team at Prospect Centre. The Crepe Company will on hand to provide traditional pancakes, savoury crepes and special chocolate pancakes and to make it an even cheaper night you can bring your own alcohol!
