Pupils from four schools across the city have taken part in Prospect Shopping Centre’s Christmas competition – to draw Santa a map to help him find their house. The lucky winners were presented with tickets for Santa’s World by Buzzwell the Bee on Wednesday 5th December.
The annual competition saw pupils take part in an engaging challenge linked to part of the curriculum – this year, Geography. The 6 – 8 year old pupils were challenged to ‘keep Santa on track by drawing him the perfect map’, showing key landmarks to help him find their house.
The four winners from Thoresby, Pearson, Cavendish and St Nicholas Primary Schools were delighted to meet the Prospect Centre mascot and receive their prize – a visit to Santa’s World.
