An Assistant Manager in a leading jewellery store based in Prospect Shopping Centre has been rewarded with a dream holiday of her choosing for her outstanding levels of customer service throughout the year.
Bernie Billany, Assistant Manager at Goldsmiths, will choose between locations such as Dubai and Monte Carlo for a holiday of a lifetime after being recognised by her company for her dedication to customers.
Bernie, who has been working at the Goldsmiths store for 27 years, said she was delighted to have been chosen for the holiday.
She said: “I am absolutely over the moon to have been chosen for this prize, it is a fantastic achievement and I am really looking forward to going away.
“Staff at Goldsmiths were entered into this by customers, who gave their feedback on our service after a jewellery sale.
“To be selected ahead of so many other people is brilliant and I am absolutely delighted.”
Goldsmiths has more than 17 stores in the region and more than 100 stores nationwide.
Goldsmiths Hull Manager Graham Meyerhoff said: “It’s nice for one of our staff to be recognised for what she does, it has really lifted the whole team.
“We are focused on providing the best customer service possible and the fact Bernie’s efforts have been recognised is brilliant, we are really pleased for her.”
Prospect Shopping Centre Manager Lee Appleton said: “Goldsmiths has always been a store which provides fantastic customer service and we hope Bernie enjoys her trip away.”
