Meet Santa’s Real Life Reindeer at Prospect

17th December 2012

Santa’s Reindeer are taking time out of their busy schedule to stop off at Prospect Shopping Centre this Christmas to greet young shoppers visiting Santa’s World.

The three-year-old males Sly and Comet will be at Santa’s World on Saturday 8th, 15th and Monday 24th December where children will be able to meet and pet the animals and find out all about them.

Prospect Centre Manager, Lee Appleton, is busy helping the Prospect Elves in the run up to Christmas, he commented:

“We’re delighted that two of Santa’s Reindeer are able to join us in the run up to Christmas again this year. We know that children love to meet the animals and they were a huge hit last year. They add a magical touch to our Christmas celebrations, which are sure to be bigger and better this year.”

Santa’s World, upstairs in the Atrium at Prospect, is back for its fourth year and promises to be bigger and better, with organisers hoping to smash visitor numbers of 2000 last year. There’s more to Santa’s World than your average Christmas grotto, with arts and crafts, balloon modelling, face painting and storytelling with Santa, Mrs Christmas and their Elves.

For just £4 per child, families can spend an hour of festive fun every Saturday, Sunday and every day in the week leading up to Christmas. And there’s the chance to receive 15% off your ticket if you download the Prospect App. Visitors to Santa’s World on the 8th, 15th or 24th will be able to meet the Reindeer as part of their experience and make this a Christmas to remember!
