Health Week

Out with the old is Prospect Centre’s motto for January. Whether that be old clothes, bad habits or poor health choices. The new year is the perfect time to start thinking about you and living life to the full.

To raise awareness of National Obesity Week, Prospect Centre will be hosting a series of pop-up health events to help you take control of your well being. Each event aims to be informative, interactive and entertaining.

Events are as follows:

Monday 8th Jan: Planet Gym (health checks, challenges, membership deals)
Tuesday 9th Jan: Boots (Dry January, free redeemable health checks)
Wednesday 10th Jan: TBC
Thursday 11th Jan: Boots (general health advice / weight loss giveaways)
Friday 12th Jan: Slimming World (weight loss advice, membership deals)
