Buzzwell welcomes back Clipper Crews.
Buzzwell was on hand to welcome back the brave crews of the Clipper yachts. After sailing 35,00 miles sailing across the world’s oceans the 10 international crews were welcomed back onto dry land by thousands of well wishers who flocked to Hull and its waterfront marina. The waiting crowd was entertained by the Red Devils and Black Cat Helicopter display team. The crew onboard the Hull and Humber yacht – who came fourth – were particularly relieved to be on dry land, after battling huge seas, a collision, an injured crew member and a man overboard.
